Shrove Tuesday – or Pancake Day as its known over here
, is also a good time to seek out your recipes - pancakes or otherwise, and finally put them down on a page.
Don’t feel you have to make an entire cook book all at once. Just now and then, as you bake/cook/mix up something in the kitchen, take some photos – iphone pics work very well- and write it all down. For yourself, for your children, for your friends….

I wonder what he’d think of all the time my teen daughter wastes on the phone…?!
