Hi all! Please join us this week for the 3 Kits challenge!
Birthdays, vacations, family reunions, festivals, fairs, whatever you’re celebrating this month, I hope you incorporate Pattie’s felt Stars and Swirls and Katie’s Aged Alpha and My Country Mini Kit into a layout or two. Remember, the challenge is to use all 3 products in your page design. Please post your pages in our 3 kits 3 ways gallery.
To showcase the versatility of these kits, Angie (aka Wags) and Linda (aka EarlofOxford) from the Creative Team joined me (aka digigrandma) in creating examples for the blog. Thank you, Angie and Linda!

Angie’s family is celebrating their son Jake’s 2nd birthday with this great father and son photo. Don’t you think the distressing on the Aged Alpha goes well with the fabulous shade of blue textured background paper? The big red number 2 draws the eye to their glorious smiles. Angie added Anna Aspnes’ Stitched by Anna Cream to her page.
Linda’s family is celebrating the 4th of July together on her patriotic looking page complete with a special Uncle Sam decorated cake. Linda used the felt stars and swirls so effectively to add energy and excitement to her page. Additional kits are Scallop Strip Masks, Messed Up Photo Blocks, Perforated Photo Masks No. 02 and Alandia Meadow Collection all at Designer Digitals.
My favorite month of the year is July when I spend as much time as I can at the lake cabin with family. I grew up on this lake and now my grandchildren enjoy the same beach that I did. Wherever I might go in the world this is the scene I envision when I think of home. There are great textured papers and elements in Katie’s My Country Kit, the Aged Alpha is one of my favorites and Pattie’s Stars and Swirls are perfect for adding flair and personality to a page. I hope you like my picks for this week, too. I added a paper from Pacifica Solids by Michelle Martin and Worth Repeating Photomask no. 01 and Border Template No 03 by Katie Pertiet to my page also from Designer Digitals.
