Heritage Challenge No. 9

Welcome to another Heritage Challenge! This is Steph this week and I think you’re going to like this week’s challenge.

Most of us have taken hundreds, if not thousands, of pictures of our children. We have so many photos of our babies that we could (and do!) fill up multiple scrapbooks with just baby pictures. But how many baby photos of YOU or your parents have been scrapped? My answer to that is zero. So, let’s go find some older baby photos and scrap them this week!

For this challenge, you might choose your own baby photos if, like mine, your baby photos are now considered heritage. Sigh. (Remember that we’re considering everything from the 1970s and earlier to be heritage.) Or you can choose your parents’ baby photos, your grandparents’ photos or any other older baby photos to scrap.

The guidelines for the challenge are to use 100% Designer Digitals products, use photos that are from the 1970s and earlier, and post your layouts in our Designer Digitals Heritage Gallery.

Two other Creative Team members, Paula and Mel, have already joined me in working on this challenge. Make sure you look for their layouts in the Heritage Gallery as well so you can read their journaling. wink

Paula’s layout is our first one. I just LOVE these photos - check out the one of her screaming. LOL! And check out her journaling - it will crack you up!

Mel’s layout is next and she scrapped photos of her father. Be sure to read the journaling on her layout, too. She has really captured the reason why so many of us scrapbook - to answer all of those questions she posed.
