Hybrid Scrapbooking and More - Using Digital Frames on Paper Layouts
Hi everyone, Paula here with some hybrid scrapbooking projects. This week we are focusing on using digital supplies on traditional paper layouts - specifically digital frames. This is my all time favorite hybrid technique. I love all the amazing digital frames that are in the Designer Digital’s store but I still love to make paper pages—this way I get to combine the two!
Some of the other CT members and I made a few layouts using various digital frames from the store. Our first fun example comes from Terri - she used Katie’s Photo Clusters No. 12 and then embellished it with paper supplies.
Steph used a different style of frame - Katie’s Storyboard Frames No. 01 to showcase photos of her house.
Finally, I used Katie’s Photo Clusters No. 16 to fit 12 photos on a single page layout—that’s not something that traditional paper scrapbookers can usually do this easily! I also used digital supplies for my title: Messy Stamped Alphabet No. 02 Brushes and Stamps
We hope our layouts will inspire you to make some of your own. Be sure to post your hybrid layouts in the Hybrid Gallery for all of us to see.
