Love Is in the Air

We’re celebrating love this week in honor of Valentine’s Day which is just around the corner. Dig out that picture of your special someone and highlight it on Pattie Knox’s Speed Byte No. 096. It’s the perfect vehicle to pay tribute to your child, your sweetheart, or your mate.

Steph’s (Steph) layout features a sweet picture of her daughter, accompanied by heartfelt journaling describing her daughter’s way with younger children. The rich brown background is just the right setting for her picture and the title containing the flowered heart.

Katrina (katrinak) rotated the template to accommodate the cool shot of herself and her husband. I love how she framed them within the heart, and the bokeh is fabulous. By shifting the photo and title to the right, she created lots of white space for her clean design.

I also rotated the template for my picture of my grandson and me just after his Christmas program at school. I stayed mostly with the gray and red color scheme but did manage to sneak in a few hints of pink.
