Saturday Scraplift (no. 64)
Well, it is not very summery here in New Zealand right now ... but I do love this summery page by BillieBee:

That hot blue and black color scheme again - and look how effective that splash of orange is. Using a third accent color is a great way to add an extra zing to a page, and a little goes a long way. Notice too how the use of the black patterned paper helps to make the BW photo the focal point of the page. And I love how the stitching hole brush becomes a great dotted circle drawing the eye perfectly down from the title to the photo.
