I love the fact that one template can spark so many different “looks.” That’s exactly what leapt out at me when I saw the Creative Team’s examples of ways to use Michelle’s Layered Memories No. 073. This template really appealed to me because I love a grid. A grid is just so dadgum handy for filling with paper, pictures, accents, you name it.

Mel (Britgirl) filled all the spaces in the template with delightful pictures of her daughters frolicking in a London fountain. Is there a better way to spend a summer day? And I love the splashes she added to complete her watery theme.

Debi (beehive50) filled the background grid with pictures of the schools her daughter visited on the college soccer tour and used the center block for her title and journaling. Her terrific title work is a stroke of genius!

I used the template for a single picture of my favorite munchkins. I love anything that resembles a quilt and filled the background grid with papers to simulate patchwork, including the stitching that seems to be cropping up in my pages on a regular basis here lately.
