We’re making a list . . .
This week’s IdeaBooks4u blog challenge comes from Ali Edwards’ wonderful new book, "Life Artist, Scrapbooking Life’s Journey."
In the book Ali encourages readers to simplify the creative process. One tip she gives is to create a layout by incorporating a list:
“Look for lists around your house and use one of them as the basis for a scrapbook page. If you don’t have a written list, think about a story you want to tell and document it in a list format. Jot down the memories or the points of the story quickly in a list. Create a list of favorites, things to do, places to go, books to read, songs you love or anything else that appeals to you. Or, create a list of topics and stories you want to scrapbook. When you’re feeling stuck, look at your list for creative inspiration. Simple and uncomplicated.(taken from Life Artist)”
Come check out the blog to see what the IdeaBooks4u design team has come up with in response to this challenge. Then we invite you to create your own layout using a list. Post your layout in the IdeaBooks4u Inspiration Gallery and your name will be entered in a drawing to win a fun prize!
Have a great week and have fun with this! Jill Hogan
