Happy Thursday everybody! This week we are using a template by Kellie Mize: Tortuga Template No 114

We’ve got some wonderful examples this week, created by the CT:-
Bonnie used the center of the template to show off her dance star She also used: MonoBlendz Dunes Paperie and Dance Rub-ons and brushes here.

I just love Lynnie’s take on the template with these snowy day photos - almost makes me wish for snow. Almost! She used: Crystallized Edgers No 02 brushes-n-stamps ,Winter Scattering brushes-n-stamps and Anna’s WinterScapeART Prints Paperie No 02 .

Sarah flipped the template for this amazing and unique take—isn’t it precious? She used Botanist Workbook paper pack No 01 ,Baby Buddies Mega kit among other products.

and my take, thinking back on warmer times (can you tell I’m not a big fan of winter?) - my little guy in the sprinkler. I used Sidelined paper pack No 02 .

Okay, I know these are very busy weeks in the run up to Christmas so I’ve chosen something I think you can use easily for this Just My Type challenge…

Read all about it! – typewriter fonts
This weeks challenge is to use typewriter fonts on your layout. (Extra large brownie point for using more than one )
I love typewriter fonts, they are SO very useable. They managed to be arty and yet, for the most part, legible. They are often neat enough to use small too – meaning you can cram in more journaling! This type of font was one of the very first style I started collecting – and being scrapbookers I bet you’ve got a handful of them too!
I like so many but here are some I hope you can add to your collection- Small Typewriting is excellent at looking very real and ‘un digital’ but still really neat and tidy enough to read and use for journaling rather than just titles. I use it all the time, everywhere! 
Another journaling friendly font is traveling-typewriter. I’ve used it on my layout below.
Moms typewriter is another favourite too, it’s a little more blurry so I don’t use it for great chunks of text. Acoustic bass is great for titles too.
Even more messed up and some of the wonderfully distorted ones are pookie, face lift,  or alexandra’s stempelkasten, - to name but a few!

in fact in this layout I used FOUR different typewriter fonts. {so I get a brownie point too;) } All different but not shockingly so.
