When I first saw Pattie’s Speed Byte No. 129, I loved it for the curving edges of the mat and the swirly flower accent and the spots for multiple pictures. That was when I was in the midst of Project 365, and I viewed every template with an eye toward using it for one of my weekly layouts. I ended up duplicating Pattie’s template, flipping it, and using it for a two-page spread for my week’s pictures. Templates equal versatility in my book, and from the looks of the pages by Wendy and Jodi, they agree.
Wendy (wendymck) used pictures of her daughter’s swim meet to create a great water page. Notice how she cleverly rotated the picture block to accommodate her photos and added the perfect accent in the bubbles.

I had a collection of pictures from early spring in our yard that I wanted to scrap, and Pattie’s template was perfect for them. I used the template pretty much as Pattie designed it – no need to mess with perfection.
